This note has taken so long to complete that ELTE is moving away from CLEAN to HASKELL for their function programming course. But still, there is value in completing this note. To have any hope of completing this note at all, the work should be divided into two major sections; the syntax and the semantic.

Syntax

The syntax section will cover the general syntax for the language. Things like reserved keywords and tokens; how to define an algebraic types, how to define a function, etc. As this section will inevitable talk about the lower-level concepts. The general functional programming topics are discussed here.

Semantic

The semantic will talk about the higher-level view of the language similar to the discussion of StdEnv. Thus this part will talk about the application of the language and ways in which we can apply it to solve problems.
