How would you remove an embedded Elm app from a page? I'm using it in a single-page app and would like a way to clean up the handlers for dom events and ports.

Can you please update the README.md to v0.16?

port count = length <~ stamps

There is no (<~) and (~) operators as far as I understand.
I am not an expert, but think it should be something like:

port count = Signal.map length stamps

When trying to compile Stamps.elm, the use of hsva produces an error. Hsva isn't supported in the built-in Color module. Hsva should be replaced by Hsla.
