Right now the target and probe-run command need to be customized. It would be great if we could automate this in some way. For example setup.sh could ask the user which chip they want to use and customize .cargo/config.toml and rust-toolchain.toml.

For now the options would be stm f401 and f108.

Similar to linux use a file system to expose settings or display status.

The mounted file system would contain special files "created" and "changed" by the MCU to display the status.

For example a file TILL_BREAK could contain the number of seconds till the next break.

Similarly creating a file TIME_BETWEEN_BREAKS with a number of seconds in it would set the time between breaks.

Cons:
May be hard to implement
Writing will damage flash
Multiple sources of 5v (comms and the devices controlled)

Pros:
Super easy to build shell notifications etc
