When no username is specified, exit with error

The output is confusing and does not really indicate that the user has to specify a user name and where. Should say something like "specify a username on command prompt on in the defaults file..."

$ grepg -t unix
User: , Topic: unix
That username does not exist
/home/yranadive/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.1.2/gems/grepg-0.0.4/lib/grepg/parser.rb:99:in `rescue in process_args': Unable to find user (RuntimeError)

Should write documentation for search operators

The README.md file doesnot talk about search operators introduced in v0.0.8

Should autocreate the ~/.grepg.yml file at installation

Should autocreate the file with correct permissions at the time of installation.

When a topic is not found, should not print stacktrace

Currently a stack trace is printed which is very ugly and makes the user believe that something's broken.

Add sub command for show topic

There should be a sub command which allows viewing all the available topic names.
e.g. grepg -u evidanary --show-topics

Currently the workaround is to pass a garbage string as topic name so it errors and shows the available topic names
$ grepg -u evidanary -t garbagestring
