Right now in package.json we have "cable_ready": "^5.0.0-pre2". If the including application uses this specific version of cable_ready, everything works.

If the including application has a different version of CR in package.json then yarn will install multiple versions of cable_ready and this package will register its operations on a different module than the one that gets used in the application. Cable modal operations don't do anything and the browser records console errors about missing operations.

I'm hoping the fix is just finding a better way to specify the dependency in package.json
