GAS claim improve

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some users get confused that iWallic displays no GAS to claim but it does exist in other wallet like neon-wallet. In fact both is right because other wallets display all unclaimed GAS and iWallic just displays the claimable GAS.

Describe the solution you'd like

Support viewing all unclaimed GAS in iWallic and give an appropriate way for GAS claiming.

Asset manege button not show again.

Describe the bug

After switch net from offline to online, the asset manege button on asset-list page not show.

To Reproduce

  1. Close net.
  2. Enter wallet in offline mode.
  3. Open net.
  4. Asset balance show correctly but asset manege button never show.
  5. If open with net on and then close the net, and open again, the button just hide&show correctly.
