To improve repeatability of the Docker container image, we need to pinpoint package versions for the various packages used in the base container. This may be implemented by a file containing dependences that is imported from the Dockerfile

Need to develop one or more actions that will automate the process of building and pushing Docker images to the faasr Dockerhub account
Need to ensure that builds under development and test are tagged differently from release images ("latest"). Suggested approach:

For development builds:

• install FaaSr from github
• tag with version found in DESCRIPTION file and appended with -dev
  For release builds:
• install FaaSr from CRAN
• tag with version found in DESCRIPTION file
• tag the current release with latest
