minor problem

When the main page loads in mobile, then the user flicks to scroll down, there's a jitter that repositions when the location bar disappears. This also happens when returning to top, similarly.

Also, after clicking the "learn-more" arrow, it intentionally disappears; however, it causes the page to shrink in height, causing some screen jitter. This should retain its size when hidden.

• create manifest.json file
• add properly formatted maskable icons, including an SVG option (see manifest link), check DevTools for compliance
• update favicons, generally, esp. backgrounds
• verify WebSite structured data only on home page
• add Organization structured data, limit to homepage
