add all seed functions for single types to seed single types in dev env. after adding this feature have to reset the production database & re-seed the production database.

we will use the yarn package manager to handle all package-related stuff. for this reason, we have to remove package-lock.json from our existing project & have to include yarn.lock file by installing all packages via yarn

To create a strapi app just run
