In order to distribute the app to the app store we need to provide pages users can go to for:

• after the installation
• privacy policy
• support
• terms of use

Step 1: Enable distribution of our app to multiple workspaces

• Add OAuth 2.0 flow
• Create sufficient onboarding experience (did authorization work? if not, why not etc.)
• Support apps in Enterprise Grid

Step 2: Offer bot in Slack App Directory

• do Step 1
• add icon + description + capabilities + UX
• hand app in for review

In order for us to be able to distribute the app to multiple workspaces and therefore distribute it in the Slack App Directory, we need to provide a website from which users can install the app to their workspace. This is then used as the redirect URI after the users has been authorised by Slack. This is also the site that is used when installing the app from the Slack App Directory.

We need to go through the checklist provided by Slack to make sure we have everything for the review.

Amongst others we still need to check the following:

• Data retention policy
• Data archival/removal policy
• Data storage policy
• Certifications & compliance
• Terms of Service URL
• Security

(required by Slack when distributing to the store)

Hello 👋 ,
We noticed some issues with the kudo box recently. It seems like when many people type in kudos at the same time, the kudo box is not filled properly with all of the kudos.

Also when opening the kudo box a second time shortly after, a lot of kudos that were loaded, seem to be duplicated from previous kudo boxes.
