As @chichodoktor mentioned in his pull request, we are currently not taking into account the Steam market overhead in our pricing calculation.

Proposal is to change from:
EV = items_EV - key_price
to
EV = items_EV - key_price - (0.15 * items_EV)

Before changing, I need to confirm that the "median" pricing data returned from steam API is the price being sold (so the price before the 15%).

Feb 2018 update to pubg gives a choice of getting either the fever crate or one of the other crates. Here are the crate drop rates for non fever (from patch notes):

SURVIVOR: 10%
WANDERER: 10%
BIKER: 20%
DESPERADO: 20%
MILITIA (New): 40%

Note that fever and desperado need keys to open them.

data being returned from steam API doesn't seem to always contain "lowest_price" so switch to use "median_price"

currently every price query is a separate "page"

this may be fine, or could lead to problems later on
