Please can we have a mode operation where a the default SSR feature of next.js is retained and static site is not generated?

Hi, I dont know if this is because I upgrade the next js but when compiling (npm start) - it will appear like below : (but it still works)

It looks like this is set to en at all times.

I have tried to find a solution but unfortunately it seems like a very difficult thing to do with nextjs.
