The review checklist states: "Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the module 2) Report issues or problems with the module 3) Seek support".

I'd recommend adding a CONTRIBUTING file to the repository, as well as guidelines for reporting issues with the module and ways to get help on the materials.

The reviewer checklist asks that I inidcate wheter "... the authors clearly state the need for this module and who the target audience is?". In my opinion, though it is well written and presents an interesting philosophy, the current "statement of need" section of the paper does neither of these things, in my opinion.
