PhoneNumberValidator Throws Compiler Error During MacOS Build

While running a macOS build ($HAXE_HOME/haxelib run lime test mac -release) of the application using feathersui-validators, compiler returns the following error and terminates:

While I encountered the type of error in other places it appeared I was trying to enforce Dynamic.toString() .
