Audio occasionally not detected, I2C1 communication failed
Occasionally, I2C1 is not working correctly. Audio under Linux wont work when uBoot message says:
...
i2c: I2C1 SDA is low, start i2c recovery...
I2C1 Recovery failed, I2C1 SDA still low!!!
...
PCIE Ethernet RTL8168E driver error - "Transmit queue 0 timed out"
This is probably the realtek driver issue. The problem can be reproduced when a large ping is used:
# ping -s 1000 192.168.0.86

Segmentation fault during compilation
When Phoronix FFmpeg test was installed, during compilation a segmentation fault appeared:

An Ethernet activity in u-boot is required to make Ethernet working under Linux
If linux boots from SD (there is no ethernet activity in u-boot), than network under linux does not work. If there is ethernet activity in u-boot (ping or tftp) than network under linux works ok.
Probably MAC Address conflict? (similar problem http://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2004-August/006790.html)
