redwhale's Issues

Failure in installation of /opt/stack/requirements - Step 17/18

Hi,

I am facing issue in installation of pip packages. Faced similar issue in DockStack(janmattfeld/DockStack#6) as well and not able to proceed further. Please suggest.

Step 17/18 : RUN pip install --no-cache-dir --constraint /opt/stack/requirements/upper-constraints.txt --requirement /opt/stack/requirements/global-requirements.txt --requirement /opt/stack/requirements/test-requirements.txt
