Book coloring recipes don't work with standalone server

As title suggests

The warp book can not be colored

The warp book can be colored in the JEI, but it can not be colored in the crafting table.

My xp will diasppear when I make a cross-dimensional transmission

My xp will diasppear when make a cross-dimensional transmission I by the book. I must make a cross-dimensional transmission by the portal to get my disappeared xp.

Damage when Teleporting with WarpBook

Every time I teleport to a Location using the Warpbook I take approx. half my hearts as damage. I'm using the latest 1.12.2 version of the mod on a LAN world.

Unable to clear a warp page

According to the mod description - "Sneak+right click will clear the page." Unfortunately this isn't working. It just teleports to the page destination same as right-click.
