fest_gender については、(IkaLogの実装はおいておいて)本質的にはフェスと関係無いので、単に gender の方が良いと思います。
値については boy girl で問題ないと思います。
fest_rank については、称号なので fest_title の方がよさそうな気がしますがどうしましょう（Inkipedia 見る限り英語版的にも Title でいいみたいですし）
値については、boy 側の称号のままでいいと思います。ただ、他のパラメータとの統一性の面で小文字の方が良いと思います。（現在は小文字を正規のキーとした上で strtolower で変換かけています）

了解です。こちらも statink 対応はプラグインとして個別対応できるので、その方針であわせます。
