inbox-app's Issues

Any way to turn off desktop notifications?

This app is great, and I love that it supports desktop notifications as I'm sure a lot of people want that.

However is there a way to turn them off? I use this for a secondary account and I don't want to be distracted by the notifications.

Autohide menu in Windows and Linux

In MS Windows and Linux the menubar is almost useless and looking ugly. And in addition not all menus are working: "About" is showing nothing, there is no "Services" menu for Windows or Linux, only macOS and some others.
So I've addeed autoHideMenuBar: true, into BrowserWindow() section of \inbox-app-master\app\inbox.js to build Win binary without menu.

Tested and built it on Windows 10.

Managing multiple accounts

When logged in to multiple accounts, maybe instead of opening up another window, is there a way to keep it in the same one? I'll try to work on a solution for this

Linux distributables

Even though most linux users can probably figure out how to run an electron app from the source, I think a .deb or snap package should be built and released along with the mac app and windows exe.

Google is shutting down Inbox ๐Ÿ˜ข

Yesterday Google announced it will be shutting down Inbox at the end of March 2019. That is in fact very sad news, as I really enjoyed using it, especially in form of this awesome Electron app.

Where shall we go now? Gmail clearly sucks.
