Error of running in python 3.6 virtual environment: undefined symbol: daxpy_

Hi,

I have created a virtual environment in Python3.6, and tried to install your patch, however, when I am trying to run the code MP_NUM_THREADS=4 python train_svc.py, I am getting the following error:

ImportError: /home/es/my-env/lib/python3.6/site-packages/sklearn/svm/liblinear.cpython-36m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: daxpy_

Could you please help with solving this error?

One more question is that does the cache size in the parameters of SVC classifier affects the speed of training?
