Conflict in requirements

Problem:

ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 7) and urllib3==1.26.5 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
    The user requested urllib3==1.26.5
    requests 2.23.0 depends on urllib3!=1.25.0, !=1.25.1, <1.26 and >=1.21.1

Exact steps to reproduce:

OS: MacOS Big Sur 11.6

$ python3 -m venv venv
$ . venv/bin/activate
$ python --version
Python 3.9.7
$ pip --version
pip 21.3.1
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Missing shodan in requirements

$ python3 shonydanza.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "shonydanza.py", line 3, in <module>
    import shodan
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'shodan'
