gitflone's Issues

Implement Reading Github OAuth token from .netrc

Need to check to see if an OAuth token has been generated and placed in a .netrc. Then use that to authenticate instead of having the user enter in a password.

However, if for whatever reason the OAuth token ins unavailable, procedure should be restarted with asking the user for a password again.

Automatically generate/save token in .netrc from username/password prompt

gitFlone will read the OAuth token for github from the user's .netrc file (in Path). However, it should automatically read both the username/password from the file and authenticate.

If the file does not exist or the username/password does not exist in the file, then the user should be prompted to enter in the username and password. Then an OAuth token should get generated and stored in the .netrc file (if it doesn't exist).

Update user prompt

Currently, gitFlone requires the username to be in the command-line prompt. This is kind of annoying for the user (since it has to be placed every time).

Instead, gitflone should do one of two things.
1.) Read the username from the .netrc file if it is available
2.) If it is not available, prompt the user for it.

This task should be a predecessor to finishing #2.
