Create a document detailing what test cases will be required to verfiy the functionality outlined in the requirements. Will also inform how test data is generated, but the two issues should be loosely coupled.

Design the interfaces for (but do not implement) the most obvious classes that will be needed, such as Crew, Aircraft, Flight, etc. The design should follow SOLID such that the implementation does not need to be known yet.

Write classes for generating data to be used for testing.

Design the UI / UX based on anticipated usage. A UI is not required for this project but we need to figured out how the user will be interracting with the program.

Design database based on requirements.
