Thoughts?

I opened this issue first on the vim-instant-markdown issue tracker (instant-markdown/vim-instant-markdown#205), but they pointed me to open an issue here, since it's probably an issue with missing flags when calling pandoc. The problem is that math inbetween $'s doesn't get formatted correctly using the smdv server (it does work in the instant-markdown-d server, but I prefer to use smdv).
Could this be fixed please?

Hej, I'm coming here from the vim-instant-markdown project. I'm having trouble to start smdv. I did:

• install via pipx install smdv: smdv 0.1.1, Python 3.6.10
• clone this repo (for an example markdown file)
• run smdv README.md
• my browser (qutebrowser) opens and but the folder view of my home directory is shown
• I can navigate into directories but when clicking onto a markdown file the view instantly jumps back to the folder view

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04. Do I miss another dependency?

Using on osx 10.14.6 with python3 and everything but the .md files work fine. md2html results internal server error.
