Fleet Examples

This is a public list of examples for Fleet. All of these ready-to-deploy examples have a structure for serverless functions that focus on solutions for micro API's, Microservices and others.

What is Fleet Function?

Fleet Function is the next generation of serverless technology from Fleet that is capable of running Node.js functions much faster than other functions eliminating cold start to almost zero. It allows developers and teams to build services that are critical to response time and high demand.

Guidance to download the Auth0 public key is problematic

I noticed you have an example using Auth0 which requires the user to download the public key and copy it to an environment variable.

This is problematic because Auth0 (and many other providers) support public key rotation which means that the key will change over time. Requiring customs to exactly time this event by reconfiguring their applications on that same moment is problematic and a bad practice.

I would suggest updating the examples to use a library that handles all of this automatically using the OIDC discovery endpoints, like this library: https://github.com/sandrinodimattia/serverless-jwt/tree/master/examples

Add usage examples with FaunaDB

Add a small example using FaunaDB to persist the data that is added by interacting with the APIs.
