On attendance tab, it's now impossible to end a shooting session and in the history, attendance can't be edited

• In some case, NPE can be thrown while looking licensee detail.
• Add some user input validation and error information for a better UX

Add shooting log feature for licensees

The shooting log must register :

• Obtention date
• List of all logged shooting sessions

An about page must be created with all useful informations for the user
