Hi,

I'm working on the Android code of this plugin and I'm wondering why you load the SDKs of millennialmedia and InMobi since it's a plugin for SmartAd ?

I am using the iOS version and Banners doesn't fire events. Interstitals works fine.

Do you know why?

How can I change the Banner size ?

I can see that it's possible here: https://github.com/floatinghotpot/cordova-smart-adserver/blob/master/src/android/SmartAdServerPlugin.java#L104

But there is no doc about OPT_AD_SIZE.

So how can I set it ?

For now, the plugin is broken since the banner ad has a fixed height "crushing" it

The build for iOS work fine, but on Android I have this errors:

I think there is an dependancy problem with npm, apparently the version of the plugin on git is different on npm, we have this message for installation:

Notice: com.rjfun.cordova.smartadserver has-been automatically converted to cordova-plugin-SmartAdServer and fetched from npm. This is due to our old plugins registry shutting down.

And on npm repository, iOS is not supported but supported on git ?!

The plugin seems to work with iOS but not with Android.

To reproduce the bug you just need to install the example and try to display a test ad

Smartad allow us to add a target parameter, to display a custom ads for a specific case. This attribute is called target, and i don't see it in your documentation so, is it possible to use that parameter?
