In "Open in new tab" mode, retain the shortcut menu after the user completes 
the sequence. I think this is a desirable feature as there are some cenarios we 
want to open a bunch of new tabs at one time.

1. Adding new feature "Open Link in New Tab" (Alt is the trigger key).
2. Treat Kennedy UI element as "clickable" (HTML element having "role" 
attribute "button" or "link")
3. jQuery.dimension for more accurate position detection. This resolve the link 
detection bug in GMail.
