A bootstrapper object currently requires a needs field or it will crash with:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'every' of undefined
    at pred (.../node_modules/booture/index.js:24:39)

I think the needs field can be made optional so it's the equivalent of adding needs: [].

(Excuse the nitpicking, commenting with some points that I run into porting an existing project to booture as I run into them.)

Knowing which needs are unmet is helpful information when setting up or changing larger dependency graphs.

Cannot bootstrap: unable to provide for: expressApp; http

In my case might inform me that the unmet needs were: config; controllers; health
