nova-tex-suite's Issues

ConTeXt build failing

It fails with log:

/Users/name/Library/Application Support/Nova/Extensions/org.flyx.tex/Scripts/run_context.sh: line 21: context: command not found

I am using the latest version of Context (LMTX). I have checked that running both

context Hello-world.tex

and

context --luatex Hello-world.tex

from the terminal work (the latter is forcing ConTeXt to use the older version mkIV instead).

syntax highlighting: URL underlining scope

In URLs like

\url{https://one2three}
\href{https://one2three}

underlining extends from the https through the one but then stops there.

(I am very pleased to see this Nova extension available — thank you!)

latexmk -task fails consistently / Current Latex File is OK

Here is the error message:
Could not run “latexmk”.
The extension assistant with identifier “org.flyx.tex::org.flyx.tex.latex.tasks” failed to resolve the action.

I have set the main file via the standard interface. Adding or removing latexmk options does not affect the behaviour.
If I use the Current Latex File -option, everything works just fine. I have projects with deep hierarchies and hence I'd love to see that option working again.

Nova is 9.2. I have a global latexmkrc. (This was the way I used the extension before the latest upgrade. I do appreciate your work!)

feature request: italic and bold commands

A useful addition would be wrapping selected text in italics or bold commands with a shortcut, e.g.,

  • ⌘i wraps selected text in \emph{}
  • ⌘b wraps selected text in \textbf{}

Can't find variable: mainfile

Was getting the error in issue #9 , updated latex packages, tex suite etc. Now I get this error " The extension “TeX Suite” experienced an error. ReferenceError: Can't find variable: mainfile ". Can "build" latex file to make pdf just fine. Error is produced when "run" is used.

TeX Suite v1.0.2 keeps crashing on Nova 9.3

Ever since I upgraded Nova 9.1 to 9.3 and TeX Suite from 0.5.1 to 1.0.2, TeX Suite has been crashing when I enabled it. The only error showing up is:

Extension Service Quit Unexpectedly

An issue with one or more extensions caused the service to terminate. As a result, all extensions will need to reload.

The following extensions were executing when the crash occurred:
• TeX Suite (org.flyx.tex)

Is this related to this issue?

Nova-TeX-Suite crashes with Nova 10.5

Dear flyx: I have enjoyed using your Nova-TeX-Suite for quite some time now. Thanks for creating it and for making it publicly accessible. Please accept my apologies for asking your help: Having updated Nova to 10.5, Nova-TeX-Suite crashes upon loading any .tex document: "Extension Service Quit Unexpectedly". I would truly appreciate if you could find the time to look into this. Please let me know if I can be of further help in analysing the cause.
