That's very sad :( Unfortunately I haven't used Heroku with this gem yet, so I'm not quite sure what could be wrong.
I should have some time to look into this issue tomorrow. Cheers!

Just wanted to follow up and say that I was able to get everything to work on the Heroku cedar
stack following these instructions:
http://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/rails3#deploy_to_herokucedar
The result application (nothing special):
http://stark-fog-7559.herokuapp.com/
And if you're interested, here's the source code:
https://github.com/mhayes/awesomeapp
One thing to note is that zurb-foundation
should be included under group :assets
like so:
https://github.com/mhayes/awesomeapp/blob/master/Gemfile#L15
If you still can't get things to work I'd be happy to take a look at your code :) Cheers!

Thank YOU!!! I'm running 3.1 but will upgrade my system to 3.2 and am also using sqllite3 in development, I will add pg on my core system to prevent the conflict.
