Create a hook that will cream old release-* deploy-* branches that have been merged to help keep the deploy list clean.

It would save a lot of build time if the acli calls here would do the copy for files and db simultaneously... the thing is the script must wait for both to be done before we move on to the deployment portion running all the drush commands.

acli api:environments:domain-list psuhhd.prod produces a json result full of domains and their metadata.
so you have to take the 'hostname' field out of each of those and concatenate them in a space separated list and pass that to acli api:environments:clear-caches. This might be more easily done as a PHP script or at least use a PHP script to grab the domains from the json objects.

regardless of if the 5 minute time out is reached or not, the script currently implemented says such… This is ok as it doesn't error it out or anything, but would be nice if it was accurate.
