No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Or I would need to compile my own ?

I'm unable to connect after a while with autokick is disabled for <random player> in the server console and I can reconnect at each changelevel

When i go to chat tab and click on Enable chat reading this is what i get in my server console:
Internal HTTP error posting to url http://xx.xx.xx.xx:90

Ok so this morning I connected to server normally, now when i try to connect it just says disconnected at left bottom corrner and i get this message in logs: SCK_ERR: Disconnected from server...
any idea what could be causing this problem

I have everything inputted correctly, but every time I connect/double click on my server.
It always fails to connect.
Is the app bugged?

Example:
./cs2 -dedicated -console -usercon +ip 0.0.0.0 -port 27015 +map de_dust2...

thanks for the usefull tool, but possible to fix special chars it showing ????? on player name.
