Download Maven rather than bundle it

In order to decrease size of spring boot jar, download Maven from instead the web instead of bundling it.

Supply dependencies via file

Allow dependencies to be specified via file:
-D/--dependency-file points to file with g:a:v dependencies, one per line.

deb/rpm package generation

support deb/rpm generation
new options:
- --name for application
- --icon for menu

Make "clean" optional

Currently, the clean maven target is always executed. Make it optional via the --clean flag.

Generate spring-boot applications

-B/-spring-boot option generates spring boot applications
Include following build plugin:

      <plugin>
        <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
        <artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>
        <version>2.1.4.RELEASE</version>
        <executions>
