I tried to proceed as you explained in the README:

• downloaded the zip and double-clicked on 'Insert color.tmCommand' file
• selected the installed original SCSS bundle to open it
• Edit bundles - SCSS - Menu actions - deactivate original 'Insert color' action
• the new one (it was appended to the end of the menu actions list) was enabled

I tried to select the new command via the menu to pick a color: 'Bundles - SCSS - Insert color' and nothing happened, the behaviour was the same as with the original one, - Textmate blinked and no modification were made in the scss file.

I'm on OS X 10.9. Any idea? Thank you.
