Can draw on the mobile version but the header is a url box for the in-app browser it adds on to the page and creates a larger than 100% view making the page scroll.

This leads to the page refreshing each touch action because it thinks the window is resizing. (need to log the results to see if this is the actual case.)

Need a way to tell the page to ignore scrolling up to the header after you scroll down to the actual 100% view height page.
