@geoffthemedio - apparently I was the only one who had all these tests show as PASSED. I had drkosy's delegation and later saw that for him the last test was failing, the one about resource connected to a planet (but for me succeeding.. and we're talking literally the same FO version, machine etc. cause I had drkosy's delegation and switched back and forth). I gathered for LienRag it was the same, the final test failing.

Planets of interest are specifically in Izsm γ ?

In master, the UI says Blue, Kosy, and LR can all annex in Izsm γ with sufficient IP:

I loaded the save from turn 191, and after 1 (Blue, Kosy) or 2 (LR) turns, the annex of Izsm γ I was enabled in the UI.

I also ordered the annex as LR, and that worked.

I tried reproducing the issue loading the saves from turn 189, but no cigar. As BlueAward, I can't annex turn 189, the same as drkosy and LienRag (not resource connected). Though clearly loading turn 190 I do have Iszm gamma III annexed. Then, I also can't annex as BlueAward (or anybody else) other planets on turn 190, but in MP26 I actually still did annex Iszm Gamma asteroids

I don't know if, and how, server code differs from what I can run locally vs what o01eg's running. Maybe it had something to do with me having delegation of drkosy, but dunno.

Like I understand I shouldn't have had supply access to annex iszm gamma III on turn 189 but that indeed has happened.

Maybe something can be scavenged still whilst the server of MP26 is up, but gist of it is I can't reproduce this issue when starting multiplayer server locally (even on older build than current master)

How much of an / what older build than current master did you test? The same one where the issue(s) originally occurred?

unofrtunately I wasn't able to reproduce it with 2024-03-15 b3de094 that I think was running at the time, nor with the earlier one 2024-02-14 395bd4c

Maybe it's specifically some weird state that server got into that I can't reproduce loading the savegames

We tried that, reverting server to turn 189 and relevant build, and no, the situation doesn't repeat. Cosmic rays flipping a bit or something? Even tried with having delegation to drkosy granted like previously. Seems the situation doesn't repeat from the saves.
