Here's a sample of an exposure render of a single leaf - the expected result is that the whole leaf is black and no other colors (other than white) are present. The observed result is that the edges of the leaf have grey pixels

I’m not sure what the exact issue is here, but something is wring with the viability scores. Every plant has a NaN leaf viability, and even besides that I’m pretty sure the scores aren’t correct

the plan of action to fix this is to hard code some sentences, and check to make sure their viability is calculated correctly, fixing issues as they come up

As mentioned in the title, rules tend to evolve everything but letters, this is strange because they follow the same mutation rules as the axiom, which tends to evolve both kinds of letters relatively frequently

not sure if this is a bug, or just evolution not caring about the rules

I’m not sure the cause of this. It’s likely that somewhere, some transform is being set incorrectly, however, it could also be an issue with gameObject.SetActive not working how I expected.

There’s an off chance it could also have something to do with mesh instancing, but I doubt it

Note: with hundreds of agents, “occasionally” turns into at least 20 examples per generation
