The ability to conduct simulations without precise foreknowledge of the absorptivity of the PS solution that will be simulated -- which is the current calculation perspective -- should be coupled with a calculation approach that allows the user to provide a precise description of the absorptivity of the PS solution. This may require overhauling the calculations and recalibrating the parameters to the experimental studies, although, the resultant feature may better meet user demands.

The cellular doubling time must be implemented, with a first-order reaction and a kinetic rate constant as the inverse of the doubling time in seconds, to accurately reflect the biochemical system. This will necessary require the re-adjustment of the HIll-equation parameters to recreate the experimental data.
