In the advanced mode it would be nice to have some network profiles to select. For example the default mode with one wan interface and the freifunk client network on the other ports. In another mode we could bind an network interface to batman, allowing meshing via cable.
But maybe this is a issue for a later version of the firmware.

One more Idea, especially for the one lan port ubnt devices, there should be a mode, where the port is used for wan and also delivers the other networks (mesh,client) via vlan. So we can use all these networks over one ethernet device.

@sargon: I think that's out of scope for 0.4, however it might be a useful feature. Could you create a seperate issue for this feature including some usecases?
