Please add new tag: 1.0

You could also release new version as there is new $location variable.

My main reason for this is that I run testsuite with valgrind and here I get valgrind.suppress and it is not clean to use FRiCKLE-ngx_coolkit-0.2rc1-7-g3775c60.tar.gz instead of ngx_coolkit-1.0.tar.gz.

I use https://github.com/FRiCKLE/ngx_coolkit/tarball/master
to download source.

Hi Piotr! Can you create version-tag fog ngx_coolkit (for ease packaging procedure for maintainers)? :)
