Docs for how the users table has to look like

Are there any? It could be very concise sql create table/schema snippet, or a cakephp/migrations based migration.

RFC list of allowed fields for register action

No validations are made if POST data is injected in the register action, letting that part off to the dev implementing beforeRegister. Maybe we could have a config option for allowed fields?

Feature: Add ChangePasswordAction

Make a 0.2.0 release

When doing composer install friendsofcake/crud-users you will get 0.1.0 which is broken - it has simple bugs in ForgotPasswordAction and there isn't even a VerifyAction
