turns out in order to fix this, all the clip related API calls need to be switched to GQL based ones, otherwise there just isnt enough info to get the url to download the clips. at this point i may as well switch everything to GQL so that theres no reliance on Twitch's incomplete API.

oops! turns out the url was not being encoded properly, no rewrite necessary. although down the line i think it'd be better to use the GQL calls instead of my own app registered with twitch since vodbot already skirts the line as is.
