All recipes fetch hardcoded

Currently the all recipes stream builder has a hardcoded user Id from which it fetches recipes from the DB, this needs to changed so that users can see their respective recipes instead of the hardcoded ones.

FR8 Integeration

Don can you please open a pull request from FR8 to staging so that we can integrate your work into the main code base.

Help need on FR1

Extra help is need on FR1 statemagment and login.

Most of the logic is done but I am having some issues with the code and could use a fresh pair of eyes to look over it and fix any potential issues that have been overlooked

All of the code has been commented and documented so it should be pretty easy to follow along and see what is going on
