Pull Request의 타이틀도 마찬가지로 이슈 타이틀로 통일한다. description에 반드시 이슈 링크를 건다.
코드 포맷은 IntelliJ을 디폴트 코드 포맷을 따르며, 컨벤션은 자바 코딩 컨벤션을 따른다.
