optparse is deprecated since Python 3.2. We should switch this to use argparse instead.

This way I can .gitignore the file I use for work. It will also come in handy if you want to use this with different groups.

As a coffee coordinator, I want to include boilerplate instruction text in the output because I am lazy.

What it says on the tin

When using the "accept" remainder strategy, it's possible to end up with a group size of one. Should this be an error? Should it automatically fall back to "skip" or "merge"?

The script assumes there are no comments or blank lines. But blank lines can happen, and comments would be really useful for excluding people when they're going to be out of the office or something.

As a coffee coordinator, I want to be able to decide if stragglers get skipped or added to the final group.

The existing "merge" remainder strategy produces a very lopsided last group when the group size and remainders are both large. "merge1" would implement the merge strategy only if the remainder is 1. Otherwise is exits and suggests you try a different option.

As a user, I want to specify the size of the match groups so that I can have arbitrarily-sized meetings.

Not all coffee breaks have to be 1:1
