Hello there!

I have made a completely offline server emulator for the game!
You can check it out here, it has a lot of the server features implemented, such as playing the story mode, arcade mode, leveling up and buying stuff from the shop.

A feature to load osu!mania beatmaps is also in the workings! It is now out on version 1.0.7 and above!
I am making this issue to spread the project to anyone that might be looking for an alternative to just offline-mode.

Oh yeah, if you know C#, then any help would be appreciated, although there aren't many things left to implement...
