chatFTW is designed to imitate OpenAI's official ChatGPT, serving as a GUI (i.e., graphical user interface) for tutorials presented on the Code OpenAI API with Rok YouTube channel. The main focus is on advanced chat functionalities, with no attention given to non-relevant aspects. Therefore, the sidebar is completely removed.

"FTW" is internet slang for, "For the win!" and is used especially to express approval or support of something. It is often added as enthusiastic emphasis to the end of a comment, message, or post. Sometimes genuine, but often sarcastic (source).

PS: OpenAI discourages having a GPT's name end with "GPT" (source).

To start using chatFTW, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/rokbenko/chatFTW.git
2. Change the directory: cd chatFTW
3. Install the dependencies: npm i
4. Edit the .env file to set up your environment variables
5. Run the development server: npm run dev
6. To view the application, navigate to http://localhost:3000

The app was tested and worked in the following environment:

• Windows 10
• Node.js 21.2.0
