Incompatible Login / Logout

I tried calling the functions in different moments in my application. When it is at login and logout they doesn't work at all, but when it is in a different controller in the application, they work as expected. So I suppose it's not my application problem, since it works in some situations. Is there a chance angular-tawk-to is incompatible with angular authentication handlers?

Set Visitor not working

Is it necessary to have specific extensions, installations, or something like that in order to make setVisitor function work? I can't manage it to work anyway. I debugged it and I verified the values I'm passing to the function are correct. But I can't change visitor details, no matter the way I try it.
Any hints? Thanks.
