As a user I want process image to detect tree crown

DoD:

• load data to algorithm
• algorithm return data structures with trees
• data is easy to process and save as vector data (shapefile)

As a user I want save detected trees crowns as layer in shapefile

DoD:

• Save every single tree as separate object
• Objects have all needed data (position on image & map, crown width[?])
• Objects not penetrate between each other

Note:

• We can eleminiate object in contact with the edges
• Crowns have oval/round shapes

As a user, I want to read a file in a geotiff format which I will be able to process and analyze

DoD:

• I can load file to program
• I see base information about file (debug info)
• loaded data is simple to analyze (maybe transform geotiff to other format what is easier to process)

Note:

As a user i want see loaded image in my workspace.

DoD:

• I can see full image in preview
• I can move pointer on image
• I have zoom (+/-) option to see image details
